About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Increase sales volume and new customer base as well as, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales.
- Demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and ask for a referral to grow the business.
- Stop and see every business on his/her route. Don’t cherry pick. including, offices, restaurants, industrial parks, retail businesses, ALL businesses and organizations.
- Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials.
- Build rapport with potential customers.
- Explain versatility of the company.
- Introduce services provided.
- Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs.
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
- Follow up on all leads.
- Accurately fill in sign layout forms and work orders.
- Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
- Remarket areas every three months.
- Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies for the marketing program.
- Complete in store training utilizing the following: Front counter Sales, Sign Product Training video, Key lines and the Owner’s Manual.
- Maintain an organized; clean and professional store appearance at all times.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid driver’s license
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
- Must also pass basic math and spelling tests.
- Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis.
- Naturally, a strong desire to work is essential, along with the respect and rapport from the Franchisee towards the representative.
- Ability to close sales – asking for orders and payments.
- Professional appearance that will be representative of the brand.
