- Support managers in building high-performing teams, including career development and performance management.
- Conduct sensitive employee relations discussions and support talent management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track record of business partnering in a fast-moving, growth environment.
- Deep expertise across the People function, from talent development to employee engagement.
- Ability to influence, adapt, and lead through organisational shifts.
- Proactive and creative, with a track record of turning ideas into impactful initiatives.
- Ability to build trust easily, with integrity, gravitas, and an approachable personality.
- Genuine interest in Generative AI and a record of using it to streamline processes.
