About the role
- Partner with Sales to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and technical landscape and deliver client-specific product demonstrations.
- Translate requirements into tailored configurations across Signal AI’s WebApp, API, and advanced analytics products.
- Contribute to RFP and RFI responses and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
- Take ownership of technical design and configuration of new client solutions during onboarding, including multi-workspace and multi-product deployments.
- Develop creative and scalable solutions to unique client use cases and configure/optimise the platform to align with client objectives.
- Deliver engaging training to ensure clients can confidently use the solution and build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with Support, Product, AI Training and Data Ingestion teams to troubleshoot issues and advocate for client needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with AI, data analytics, media intelligence, or BI and dashboard platforms is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and BI or visualisation tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
- A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and solving problems creatively.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes.
