About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across growth, finance, product, customer operations, and organizational planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, product operations, corporate development, or a related function
  • Prior experience in a venture-backed startup, high-growth technology company, consulting firm, investment firm, or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
  • Experience using data to develop recommendations and influence business decisions
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfort working with business intelligence tools
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on, low-ego operating style and willingness to work beyond a narrowly defined scope
  • Experience with financial modeling, KPI development, or strategic planning may be helpful depending on the role
