Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a backend engineer
Proven track record of shipping production systems
Expertise in backend frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, FastAPI, or Spring Boot
Strong understanding of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis
Knowledge of data modeling
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or Ruby
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
Passion for backend architecture and scalable distributed systems
Interest in building APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
