About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks
Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch
Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product vision with business goals
Use data, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Own KPIs and success metrics, optimizing engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Develop and implement A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous iteration processes
Act as a thought leader, mentor junior PMs, and influence company-wide strategy
Collaborate with founders and executives on long-term product vision and expansion opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong track record of leading and delivering successful B2B, B2C, or SaaS products
Expertise in roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, and product execution methodologies
Strong analytical mindset and experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and design thinking
Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to mentor and lead product teams while remaining hands-on in execution
Experience in AI, fintech, marketplaces, developer tools, or SaaS is a plus
