About the role
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth
- Lead and scale cross-functional product teams, hiring and mentoring top talent
- Collaborate closely with CEOs, executives, and investors to align product direction with company objectives
- Oversee feature prioritization, execution, and product lifecycle management
- Establish data-driven decision-making frameworks, leveraging user research and analytics to optimize product success
- Own go-to-market strategy, working with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption
- Evaluate new market opportunities, business models, and revenue growth strategies
- Ensure best-in-class user experience and customer engagement strategies
- Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous innovation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 4+ years leading product teams
- Proven track record of scaling product teams and managing large product portfolios
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, marketplaces, or developer tools
- Expertise in customer research, user experience, and growth optimization
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- Deep experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and product-led growth
- Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Experience working in venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
