About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Chief of Staff (CoS) and a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO.
Ensure that the mechanics of governance, accountability, and metrics are functioning at peak efficiency.
Manage the formal approval and change process for the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework.
Lead efforts to embed digital systems and workflows that monitor and enforce compliance with established decision matrices.
Manage the enterprise-wide action item tracker.
Identify and flag stalled initiatives, working with the CoS to remove execution bottlenecks.
Manage the end-to-end system for collecting, validating, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure that the ELT has a clear, real-time view of the company’s health through accurate and timely data reporting.
Manage and enforce the direct connectivity between department-level goals and the company’s Prime Directives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-growth operations, management consulting, and/or corporate strategy.
Proven track record of managing complex contracts, budgets, and data-driven reporting systems.
Outstanding verbal and written skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
