About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Chief of Staff (CoS) and a force multiplier for the Office of the CEO.
  • Ensure that the mechanics of governance, accountability, and metrics are functioning at peak efficiency.
  • Manage the formal approval and change process for the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework.
  • Lead efforts to embed digital systems and workflows that monitor and enforce compliance with established decision matrices.
  • Manage the enterprise-wide action item tracker.
  • Identify and flag stalled initiatives, working with the CoS to remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Manage the end-to-end system for collecting, validating, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that the ELT has a clear, real-time view of the company’s health through accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Manage and enforce the direct connectivity between department-level goals and the company’s Prime Directives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-growth operations, management consulting, and/or corporate strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing complex contracts, budgets, and data-driven reporting systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
