About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support EPC Agreement negotiations in partnership with Legal, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
Identify and manage commercial, technical, and execution risks during negotiations.
Maintain and evolve the project risk register from award through FNTP.
Ensure Owner contract deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and met.
Develop a complete and executable project plan for Operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
Strong understanding of EPC contracts, scheduling, and risk management.
Proficient in budget and cash flow analysis.
Solar EPC construction management experience highly preferred.
