About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the organization’s operations translating strategic priorities into scalable systems
Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
Align operations, technology, finance, and strategic initiatives
Establish and monitor KPIs across various operational areas
Drive revenue growth and operational performance across business lines
Provide strategic leadership and performance oversight for various functions
Oversee operational budgets, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with legal and governance standards
Strengthen digital infrastructure and enterprise systems
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
At least 5 years in a senior or executive role
Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams inside a mission-driven organization
Oversaw enterprise operations across multiple functional areas: IT, HR, Finance, or e-commerce
Comfortable in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation conversations
Experience supervising senior leaders and building high-performing teams
Led organizational change and operational improvements
Oversight of digital platforms and enterprise systems
Understanding of data governance and cybersecurity practices
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a valued plus, though not a requirement
