HR Executive
SiGMA WorldHR Administrator supporting SiGMA Group's HR operations and processes in Brazil. Managing onboarding, employee relations, and payroll support with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the full onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires, from orientation sessions to integration into the team.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, feedback analysis, and final clearance.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records in HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead the preparation of detailed HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Prepare and distribute important HR communications, such as policy updates and company announcements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
- Proficient in Indigo (Shireburn) payroll system, with experience supporting payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law, HR compliance requirements, and administrative best practices.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese is essential.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
