About the role

  • Own and manage the roadmap for web.
  • Define product requirements and translate business needs into clear development tasks.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Manage WordPress-based platforms including themes, plugins, and integrations.
  • Oversee the development of User Profile systems including authentication, user data management, and account functionality.
  • Work on WooCommerce and marketplace-style platforms, including shop features, payments, and order management.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of web products.
  • Support implementation of SEO best practices such as structured data, page performance, indexing, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools such as CRM systems, payment providers, analytics platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Work with development teams to evaluate and implement WordPress plugins and external services.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, events, and commercial teams to understand business requirements.
  • Coordinate with development teams on implementation and delivery.
  • Ensure product decisions align with company strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience working with WordPress-based platforms as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and ecosystem.
  • Understanding of User Profile systems and account-based platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and development workflows.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing teams.
