About the role

  • Design and optimize user interfaces and user journeys across multiple websites (including AIBC, AGS, and related platforms).
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure visual consistency and timely implementation of website updates.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.
  • Ensure responsive design and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with management and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Support continuous website improvements, campaign launches, and landing page updates.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and UI standards.
  • Collaborate with distributed UX team members across different offices to ensure operational continuity and coverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and user journey optimization.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working on content-driven or event-based websites is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
