About the role
- Research and create high-impact conference topics tailored to key trends and challenges in FX, fintech, payments, regulation, and emerging markets.
- Design agenda formats-keynotes, panels, roundtables, and fireside chats-that drive value, engagement, and energy.
- Collaborate with producers to keep sessions fresh, regionally relevant, and globally competitive.
- Identify, invite, and manage relationships with FX brokers, fintech leaders, payment providers, regulators, and other industry experts.
- Drive speaker outreach from first contact to confirmation, briefing, and show day.
- Ensure a seamless experience for speakers pre-, during, and post-event.
- Own the full conference journey-from early content planning to live delivery at international FX and financial events.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align content with event goals, exhibitor strategies, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Attend international events to manage live content, support speakers, and troubleshoot in real time.
- Participate in post-show feedback sessions to improve speaker performance and audience experience.
- Help maintain a speaker database and track industry trends for future FX-focused agendas.
Requirements
- 1-4 years’ experience in conference production, live content, or high-level event management.
- Strong research, editorial, and agenda-building skills with the ability to translate industry trends into engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with senior professionals and stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and highly organized-able to own content, timelines, and relationships.
- Knowledge of FX, fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and thrive in fast-moving, high-energy environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and content management tools.
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Event Management, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
