About the role
- The Product Manager is responsible for defining, shaping, and delivering digital products that enhance Sigma Groups global event experiences, including major iGaming events.
- This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience driving product strategy, prioritising features, and ensuring successful execution across cross‑functional teams.
- A key part of the role is leading the introduction of AI tooling across the organisation and supporting the development of AI‑powered products and services that elevate attendee engagement, exhibitor value, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in a numerate or technical discipline, Masters preferred.
- 5–7+ years of technical experience in product management, software development, UX, data, or related fields
- 2–3+ years of management or leadership experience, such as leading product teams or cross‑functional initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch
- Experience introducing AI tooling or delivering AI‑enabled product features
- Background working with event platforms, mobile apps, or iGaming systems
- Experience collaborating with distributed or hybrid teams
