Key responsibilities & impact

Help members identify and secure affordable housing options
Connect individuals and families with housing, utility, and community resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizen (required)
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of community outreach or customer service experience
Must reside in one of the eligible Southwest PA counties
Comfortable with local travel (up to 75%)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
