• Assisting with special projects and tasks across multiple areas in the organization
• Reviewing pages in the Member Portal for accuracy and consistency
• Testing all links to ensure functionality and accuracy
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and the date of last revision
• Submitting outdated documents for revision or renewal
• Applying a “Reviewed” time stamp to updated documents
• Uploading and replacing revised documents as needed
• Creating and maintaining a portal update tracker

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assisting with special projects in the Finance Department
• Performing daily reconciliations, with a focus on Navan receipt matching
• Supporting the Finance team with reMembers (new platform) onboarding and documentation
• Assisting with additional reconciliations and providing general support during the transition of new roles in the department
• Supporting tasks across multiple areas in the organization
