About the role
- Organize merchandise shelving and stocking according to client requirements
- Hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective measures
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship)
- Career changers welcome
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
- Lead by example and strong motivational skills
- Valid driving license (Class B; formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field service and/or people management preferred
