About the role
- Organize product shelving and merchandising according to customer specifications
- Hire new employees
- Onboard and train staff
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Valid Class B driver’s license (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management preferred
