About the role
- Organize product merchandising and shelf replenishment according to customer specifications
- Hiring new employees
- Onboarding and training of staff
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Communicate with staff, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or equivalent
- Career changers welcome
- Independent, self-directed working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Lead-by-example attitude and ability to motivate others
- Driver's license (Class B; formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field service and/or staff management preferred
