About the role
- Organizing merchandise stocking and shelf presentation according to client specifications
- Hiring new employees
- Onboarding and training of employees
- Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions

Requirements
- Completed vocational training (professional qualification)
- Career changers welcome
- Independent, self-motivated working style
- Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
- Ability to act as a role model and to motivate others
- Driver's license Class B (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field service and/or staff management is a plus
