About the role
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to assigned team leaders
- Plan and ensure targeted onboarding of new team leaders
- Act as a proactive support resource for employees in challenging customer and personnel matters
- Ensure consistent and structured communication with customers and among employees by all team members
- Customer relationship management / regular customer contact maintenance through collaboration, participation in customer conferences, etc.
- Manage, ensure compliance with, and continuously monitor the prescribed consumption and service budgets
- Systematically control operational and administrative service KPIs and derive targeted measures in case of deviations
Requirements
- Completed vocational/professional training
- Proven practical experience in field sales and in leading employees
- Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Act as a role model and possess strong motivational skills
- Valid Class B driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
