About the role
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of assigned team leaders
- Planning and ensuring targeted onboarding of new team leaders
- Proactive support for employees in complex customer and personnel matters
- Ensuring consistent customer and employee communication by all staff
- Customer relationship management / regular customer contact maintenance through collaboration, participation in customer conferences, etc.
- Management, compliance and ongoing monitoring of prescribed consumption and service budgets
- Systematic controlling of operational and administrative service KPIs and deriving targeted measures in case of deviations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Practical experience in field sales and in managing employees
- Independent, customer- and employee-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
- Ability to act as a role model and strong motivational skills
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
