About the role
- You organize on-time product stocking and merchandising in your territory according to customer specifications
- Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
- Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills
- Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, initial practical experience in field sales and in supervising employees
