About the role
- Organize timely product merchandising and stock replenishment in your territory according to customer specifications
- Carry out quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train staff
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training

- Willingness to make and take responsibility for decisions
- Leadership by example and strong motivational skills
- Driving licence class B (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, initial practical experience in field service and in leading staff
