About the role
- You organize the timely stocking of merchandise in your territory according to customer specifications
- Perform quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Communicate with staff, customers, and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Career changers welcome
- Independent, customer- and staff-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
- Lead-by-example attitude and talent for motivating others
- Valid Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, initial practical experience in field sales and in supervising employees
