About the role
- You organize the timely merchandising/stocking of goods in your territory according to customer specifications
- Carry out quality checks and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Onboard and train employees
- Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Career changers welcome
- Independent, customer- and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
- Driving license class B (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Ideally, some practical experience in field service and in supervising staff
