Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise-wide IT project delivery with a focus on mitigating risk and ensuring execution excellence
Oversee the full project lifecycle, driving alignment with strategic goals
Manage the IT portfolio to optimize resource allocation and prioritize initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to enforce standards, resolve escalations, and maintain transparency across programs
Champion change management and value realization across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in IT or Business required, Master's in Business Administration preferred
10+ years IT delivery leadership with 5+ years leading PMO/Portfolio
PMP/PgMP required; ITIL 4 Managing Professional preferred
Proficient with PPM platform, financial planning systems, enterprise analytics (Power BI), ServiceNow, contract management tools
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience briefing C-suite and board members
Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution capabilities
Ability to mentor Project Managers and teams
