Design, build, and ship full-stack features in their customer web app and growth surfaces.
Collaborate with product and revenue leadership to ideate, run, and analyze experiments (funnels, pricing/packaging, referral loops, lifecycle nudges, onboarding, and conversion optimizations).
Build and refine product flows that help families make confident, informed decisions.
Instrument analytics and event tracking to ensure clear, causal measurement of impact.
Contribute to a fast feedback loop: quick prototypes → data-informed iteration → polished releases.
Uphold reliability, accessibility, performance, and security across the stack.
Requirements
5+ years as a full-stack product engineer in startup or growth-oriented environments.
Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Proficiency with AI-assisted software development practices (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, CLI tooling, or other AI development accelerators).
Experience or strong interest in building AI-powered or agentic product functionality.
