About the role
- Responsible for developing and/or supporting the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Perform detailed analysis and prepare reports to ensure program leadership is provided with accurate and detailed analysis to facilitate decision making
- Develop and/or participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work
- Conduct critical path analysis, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
- Stay aware of and incorporate contractual changes into the IMS following developed baseline change guidelines
- Provide support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Ensure it aligns with contractual requirements and program objectives
- Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and maintaining transparency
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management
- Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in preparing and presenting schedule reports to senior management
- Experience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data
- Experience with advanced features in Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.)
- Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of DCMA compliance, schedule development and management best practices
- Understanding of Master/Subproject Integrated Master Schedules
