About the role
- Oversee and execute all staff augmentation hiring across the enterprise
- Serve as primary liaison between organization and staff augmentation vendors
- Implement vendor management strategies and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate between hiring managers and vendors throughout selection process
- Maintain vendor and candidate records and provide updates to executives
- Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure compliance with labor laws governing workforce management
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive staff augmentation strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- May mentor or lead other recruiting team members
- In-depth recruiting knowledge to drive strategy
- Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
- Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Advanced experience with ATS and other contingent recruitment software (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
- Vendor relationship management expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws pertaining to contingent workforce management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
