About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and execute all staff augmentation hiring across the enterprise
  • Serve as primary liaison between organization and staff augmentation vendors
  • Implement vendor management strategies and evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate between hiring managers and vendors throughout selection process
  • Maintain vendor and candidate records and provide updates to executives
  • Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable terms
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws governing workforce management
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive staff augmentation strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience
  • May mentor or lead other recruiting team members
  • In-depth recruiting knowledge to drive strategy
  • Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
  • Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
  • Advanced experience with ATS and other contingent recruitment software (preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
  • Vendor relationship management expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws pertaining to contingent workforce management
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
