Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience
  • May mentor or lead other recruiting team members
  • Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy
  • Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
  • Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (preferred)
  • 1+ yrs experience with Workday recruiting software (preferred)
  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions (preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding (preferred)
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches (preferred)
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers (preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring (preferred)
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead recruitment initiatives (preferred)
