  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Experience supporting organizational changes
  • Proven capability to provide solutions to unusual technical problems requiring high innovation and ingenuity
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and develop long-term technical strategies
  • Proven experience in developing advanced technological ideas to establish final products of systems
  • Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities
