About the role
- Contribute to the development of software that supports spacecraft systems, mission operations, or engineering tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and test software applications while following modern development practices.
- Help implement new features, debug existing code, participate in code reviews, and support projects involving artificial intelligence.
- Provide practical experience with industry-standard programming languages, development tools, and version control systems while offering insight into the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026-June 2027.
- Passion for solving problems by leveraging data and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and self-initiative.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.
- To conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
