About the role

  • Contribute to the development of software that supports spacecraft systems, mission operations, or engineering tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and test software applications while following modern development practices.
  • Help implement new features, debug existing code, participate in code reviews, and support projects involving artificial intelligence.
  • Provide practical experience with industry-standard programming languages, development tools, and version control systems while offering insight into the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026-June 2027.
  • Passion for solving problems by leveraging data and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and self-initiative.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.
  • To conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
