About the role
- Responsible for translating functional plans into operational objectives
- Drive the success of larger projects that contribute to multiple areas of the organization
- Oversee multiple disciplines or departments
- Ensure operational processes align with strategic objectives and financial plans
- Lead the team to design and implement complex mission-focused flight software
- Develop and execute comprehensive tests at the Unit, Integrated, and Functional Test levels
Requirements
- Requires bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- Several years of relevant work experience with a significant portion in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.
