About the role
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the electrical engineering function
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems
- Ensure projects are delivered on cost and on schedule
- Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Collaborate closely with senior management to deliver strategic plans
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects
- Upholds and models company values; ability to hold others accountable to values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
