Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, and metrics
Develop and present key trade compliance program metrics to senior leadership
Build and maintain automated reporting tools
Translate complex regulatory data into clear visual reports
Lead and support the integration of trade compliance tools and systems
Collaborate with IT and business operations teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for international trade compliance tools
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline processes
Document system integration workflows and technical specifications
Plan, manage, and execute trade compliance projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, International Trade, or similar)
5+ years of experience in international trade compliance, data analytics, or a related field
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
Demonstrated experience in data analytics, report building, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar)
Experience supporting or leading system integration projects or technology implementations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience working in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
