About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain compliance dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Develop and present key trade compliance program metrics to senior leadership
- Build and maintain automated reporting tools
- Translate complex regulatory data into clear visual reports
- Lead and support the integration of trade compliance tools and systems
- Collaborate with IT and business operations teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for international trade compliance tools
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline processes
- Document system integration workflows and technical specifications
- Plan, manage, and execute trade compliance projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, International Trade, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in international trade compliance, data analytics, or a related field
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, report building, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Experience supporting or leading system integration projects or technology implementations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
