About the role

  • Leading cross functional teams through complex negotiations
  • Analyzing, negotiating and redlining indirect agreements
  • Driving value-add outcomes for the business in all purchases

  • Working with various categories of spend as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10 or more years of relevant experience with sourcing, procurement and contract negotiations
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • 2 years IT procurement background
  • Experience in CostPoint or other ERPs
  • CPIM, CPM or other professional certifications
  • 2 years experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry
  • Experience with Source-to-Pay tools (Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
  • Indirect/Direct contracting experience Software/IT contracting and purchasing experience
  • Finance - Pricing Analysis Exercises
  • Familiarity with SAAS/ PAAS/ Terms & Conditions Negotiation
