About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to SNC customers in order to give quick problem assessment and corrections for field units
  • Responsible for documenting all customer interactions and must implement and/or support implementation for hardware, software, or training issue changes according to approved SNC instructions
  • Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled hours
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel to remove locations worldwide with relatively short notice
  • Perform assigned maintenance task with minimal to no supervisory guidance/oversight
  • Follow guidance of shift lead supervisor for daily taskings/expectorations/priorities
  • Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
  • Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
  • Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques
  • Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts
  • Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
  • Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
  • Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required
  • A United States Government Security Clearance is required for employment
