Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and delivery of modern infrastructure and cloud platforms that support the company’s growth and technology roadmap
Drive large-scale platform and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
Oversee the engineering and operational excellence of datacenters, hybrid cloud environments, core IT systems, and cloud-based services
Implement strong governance and compliance practices across infrastructure and platform domains
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and IT operations teams
Build strong partnerships with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects and strategic initiatives
Expertise in enterprise datacenter management and cloud-based services
Understanding of hypervisors, automation/orchestration of PaaS and IaaS cloud services
Experience managing hybrid cloud services
Successful leadership experience working in a highly-matrixed environment
Demonstrated success recruiting, building, developing, coaching, and retaining a highly-motivated, high-performing workforce
