About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise a team of engineers and coordinate their activities to meet project goals and timelines
Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses
Oversee the design, documentation, and approval processes for engineering projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in management meetings, representing the engineering department
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members
Coordinate training programs to develop the technical skills of the engineering team
Present project updates and technical data to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field)
6+ years of engineering
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Understanding of engineering principles and practices
Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools, analysis and simulation
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
