About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the closeout process for assigned programs
Collaborate closely with Contract Managers
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer expectations
Review, document, and track contracts for accurate closeout
Coordinate completion of outstanding closeout tasks with assignees
Analyze and resolve obstacles in contract closeout activities
Provide guidance and training for contracts and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience in a related field
Experience with government contracting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills to plan, organize, attention to detail, multi-task, prioritize, and execute assigned workload to meet multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
