About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the proposal development center and oversee the center’s staff
Responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating and executing IDIQ proposals
Ensure proposal preparation activities are timely and proposals submitted are professional
Exercise ownership of proposal processes and take responsibility for quality and compliance of all proposals supported by the Proposal Center
Participate in capture discussions to ensure understanding of bid strategy
Supervise Proposal Center staff, including Proposal Managers, Proposal Analysts and Proposal Writers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
9+ years of experience in related field with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Expertise utilizing proposal management software and AI tools
Advanced experience with simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery
Demonstrated experience preparing Pricing Volumes to include work breakdown structure (WBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
