About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage the proposal development center and oversee the center’s staff
responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating, and executing IDIQ proposals
provide direct and indirect management of the company's overall bid and proposal efforts
ensure proposal preparation activities are timely and professional
coordinate and guide proposal management activities and workflow
ensure development of proposal products in accordance with RFP compliance and company business development goals
supervise Proposal Center staff, including Proposal Managers, Proposal Analysts, and Proposal Writers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
9+ years of experience in related field with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
proven track record of managing complex proposals
expertise utilizing proposal management software and AI tools
advanced experience with simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery
demonstrated experience preparing Pricing Volumes to include work breakdown structure (WBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
