About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs providing leadership guidance
  • Develop training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Subcontract Managements, Purchasing Agents, Engineering teams, Operations teams, Business Management teams
  • Define supplier requirements and evaluate strategies during proposals
  • Assist and develop the Program-level Supply Chain Management Plan

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration
  • 11+ years of experience in operations or a related area
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and expert contract management principles
  • Comprehensive experience across various phases of the product lifecycle, including prototyping, development, qualification, certification, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), and sustainment
  • Extensive experience in Program and Subcontract Management
  • Proficient in cost and schedule analysis
  • Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives
  • Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sectors
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% of time on average
