Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and SCPMs providing leadership guidance
Develop training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance
Collaborate with various stakeholders including Subcontract Managements, Purchasing Agents, Engineering teams, Operations teams, Business Management teams
Define supplier requirements and evaluate strategies during proposals
Assist and develop the Program-level Supply Chain Management Plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration
11+ years of experience in operations or a related area
Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and expert contract management principles
Comprehensive experience across various phases of the product lifecycle, including prototyping, development, qualification, certification, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), and sustainment
Extensive experience in Program and Subcontract Management
Proficient in cost and schedule analysis
Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives
Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sectors
Ability to travel 25% to 50% of time on average
