About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, architecture, and strategic direction of the organization’s hybrid enterprise voice and network infrastructure
Oversee implementation and maintenance of VoIP, call center, and core network systems
Manage call routing, dial plans, SBCs, gateways, firewalls, and related infrastructure
Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across all services
Provide tier‑4 escalation support for voice and network incidents
Drive technology upgrades and technology migrations
Collaborate with leadership and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years of experience in a related field
Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
Expertise in network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Extensive experience with Cisco networking equipment
Experience supporting a corporate network, maintaining SLAs
Deep expertise with VoIP, SIP, RTP, QoS, SBCs, gateways
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals as they relate to voice (TCP/IP, VLANs)
