About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the consolidated budget for assigned IT PMO programs, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and governance expectations
  • Develop, maintain, and refine cost forecasts (labor, materials, services, tools, infrastructure, risk reserves) for all projects/programs under IT PMO
  • Track monthly actuals vs. forecasts; identify and communicate variances; partner with Finance to resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with IT resource managers to ensure forecasts align with staffing assignments and approved resource requests
  • Support the structured approach to IT resource forecasting, supply‑and‑demand modeling, and capacity analysis
  • Maintain accurate resource allocations for assigned projects within Tempus (or successor tooling)
  • Identify persistent variance patterns (over‑ or under‑allocations) and proactively report them to PMs
  • Support PMO leadership in portfolio‑level resource roll‑ups, supply/demand assessments, and scenario‑planning requirements
  • Maintain documentation repositories in compliance with audit requirements
  • Provide regular status reporting, including financial health, resource allocation status, accomplishments, risks, and upcoming activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, financial analysis, resource planning, accounting / budgeting or related experience
  • Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Tempus), and collaboration platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a project
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
