Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic planning and development of advanced mass properties technologies
- Inventory and weigh aircraft
- Provide visionary leadership and technical direction across multiple projects
- Represent the company at industry conferences and in technical forums
- Mentor senior engineers and develop technical talent within the organization
- Establish and influence industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering goals with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across engineering functions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 14+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in advanced mechanical design and analysis principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Advanced experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
- Deep knowledge of SAWE
