About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, high-quality architectural solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company’s technical strategy.
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Lead the development of architectural frameworks, patterns, and standards to promote consistency across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable by conducting regular reviews and assessments.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization’s architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
  • 2+ Years experience in Solution Architecture or related field
  • Proficiency in solution architecture principles and frameworks, and system integration and software development methodologies
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required
