About the role

  • Lead large-scale HRIS projects and system implementations.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical HR system issues.
  • Design and develop strategic HR technology solutions to support business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior HRIS analysts and team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA testing and ensure system integrity.
  • Develop and deliver advanced training programs for HRIS users.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HRIS initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enforce data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field of study
  • typically 4 or more years of related work experience
  • General experience across multiple Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits
  • Ability to apply HR functional knowledge within the HRIS
  • Prior experience collaborating within Workday Community and with consultants to research and resolve issues
  • Possess a high level of integrity; ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
